Notes

Needs an Intercom workspace. The plugin points at the US endpoint, and its README says it supports US-hosted workspaces only. Intercom's MCP docs also list an EU endpoint, https://mcp.eu.intercom.com/mcp, and no AU support. The plugin cannot create, update or delete Intercom data. Commands: /intercom:customer-360, /intercom:install-messenger and /intercom:install-cli. Intercom's docs show only generic JSON for other clients, so Codex setup is not documented.
