Notes

The install shown uses OAuth; finish sign-in from /mcp in Claude Code. You can instead put tavilyApiKey in the URL. A local npx server also exists. Default search settings can be set as JSON (for example search_depth and max_results). Tavily's separate skills plugin is tavily@claude-plugins-official. The README documents Claude Code and Cursor, not Codex. Needs a Tavily account.
