Remote server at https://mcp.sentry.dev/mcp. First connect opens OAuth. Put an organization slug, or org and project, in the URL so tools default to that project. Codex setup in the repo: codex mcp add sentry --url https://mcp.sentry.dev/mcp. Claude Code can also use the sentry-mcp plugin (claude plugin marketplace add getsentry/sentry-mcp), which adds a sentry-mcp subagent. Aimed at a person in the loop, not every Sentry API. Self-hosted stdio needs a Sentry user auth token; its AI search tools also need an LLM provider. FSL-1.1-ALv2 is not unrestricted open source.
