Needs a Runway Developer Portal account. The MCP signs in with browser OAuth at https://dev.runwayml.com/mcp; your app uses its own RUNWAYML_API_SECRET. API generations may use credits. It is for adding Runway to your code: the MCP looks up models, prices and limits, sets up Model Routers with an optional credit cap, and inspects failed tasks.
