Notes

Part of Scientific Agent Skills (177 skills). npx skills add K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skills installs all of them, and the README advises installing only what you need. The core CSV, TSV and JSON tools need Python 3.11+, use only the standard library and make no network calls, which suits sealed trial arenas. Inputs must sit inside an approved --root folder, and reports tokenize identifiers by default. Parquet, Excel and most domain formats are reference only. Optional NumPy, HDF5 and image checks need extra packages.
