Notes

Needs an Asana account and your own Asana MCP app from the developer console; its redirect URL must match the client (http://localhost:8080/callback for Claude Code). Claude Code asks for the client secret after the command, then opens the browser to authorize. Enterprise admins can block the app. Codex connects through the community mcp-remote bridge in ~/.codex/config.toml, with redirect http://localhost:3334/oauth/callback; Asana calls mcp-remote experimental and does not support it. The asana plugin in the Claude Code marketplace wraps the same server (/asana-setup).
